Please be patient as the site is under construction.

Stay tuned for a complete write up on this product.
Thank you for your patience.

Removal:
Disconnect wires & drop tank.

Please note that many cut a hole in the floor to remove the sender..... this works, but is not recommended as I prefer to drain & flush the tank to remove any contaminants. Do so at your own risk.

Carefully raise the sender out of tank & tilt to the side in order to get the float out of the tank without breaking it.

Inspection:
Look for a corroded level sensor. Many of the LS1 sensors will have the wipers partially corroded off. There should be 2 sets of 3 small wipers on each level sensor. If it is bad, a new one should be installed.

Reinstallation:
Please unpack the entire kit & inspect for shipping damage.

Carefully lay out the wiring to see how everything connects.

Disassemble sender & follow directions provided in kit.

Full instructions will be provided here shortly.

Reinstall sender in tank.

Connect new wiring harness to the sending unit & plug factory wiring into the new Racetronix harness.

Reconnect the fuel lines.

Reinstall tank being carefut not to pinch any wires or fuel lines.

Mount the relay to the frame area forward of the left coil spring.

Routing of wiring is best left up to the installers discretion, but a few hints are as follows:
Obviously, keep wiring far from the exhaust & suspension.

Route the wiring from the fuel tank, to the vicinity of the transmission so you can essentially cross over to the passenger side of the engine compartment above the transmission.

You can follow the trans wiring up to the rear of the engine & then follow the wiring to the PCM computer area. From this point route the wires down the inner fender to the battery.

Use the supplied wire ties to securely fasten everything, being careful to avoid any sharp edges or moving parts.

Connections:
Connect the red wire to positive & the black to the negative battery post.

Install the ground wire to the frame area next to the relays in the rear, by carefully cleaning the area to bare metal for a good connection.

Last but not least, call me if you have any questions..... my number is included in every kit as well as on my site.
