IS THE UNIVERSAL ProCharger KIT RIGHT FOR YOUR APPLICATION?
In many instances, the Universal kit will have your car charging down the quarter mile with only the parts supplied by ATI and those already on your car. In some instances, minor fabrication will be necessary to establish a suitable drive system and get the ProCharger properly mounted to clear the hood and valve cover, and also line up with the crankshaft drive pulley. In these instances your effort is rewarded with exceptional high performance at a very affordable price. For applications which will run high compression, will not use the A6 brackets and will need substantial fabrication to establish a drive system and/or clearance,this may not be the best option to meet your performance needs.
ProCharger QUALITY
The
ProCharger Universal Kit contains the P600 ProCharger and is designed to bring serious
gear-driven underhood blower performance to Ford, Pontiac, and other carbureted V-8's.
Kits include a
polished carburetor cover, discharge hose, oil system, air filter and supercharger pulley.
Purchase of additional parts and/or minor fabrication may be required. Speak with us
regarding your plans and needs - usually a little creativity and effort on your part can
result in a completed high quality, high performance ProCharger system on your car at
essentially half the price of other systems. We feel very strongly about the quality of
our products, and are proud to offer a 6 month (cast impeller) or 12 month (billet
impeller) warranty from the time you receive your ProCharger from either the factory or
your local dealer.
FORCED INDUCTION
The ProCharger Universal Kit is absolutely the most sophisticated, reliable way to make power for your carbureted vehicle. ProCharger systems deliver big-time performance on the fuel which your engine was originally designed to run, and give you more power out of pump gasoline than with any other high performance option. In fact the ProCharger system is so powerful there is no need to run volatile and potentially destructive alternative fuels such as nitrous or racing fuels. This also means you can forget about the ongoing hassle and cost associated with purchasing these alternative fuels.
BLOWN + INTERCOOLED
ATI also offers an affordably priced intercooled supercharger system for 5.0 Mustangs and many other applications. The ProCharger Blown+Intercooled system will deliver an additional 150-225 horsepower and 15-22 mph in the quarter mile to a stock 5.0 in street legal trim, even more in racing trim - all with no further modifications. This is almost twice the horsepower than with any non-intercooled turbo, centrifugal or screw blower In fact, the ProCharger is the only blower available with an integrated intercooled system, yet is still priced comparably to other systems. Installation is also relatively simple, as the ProCharger bolts onto the driver's side and requires no accessory relocation.
