Lonnie's Performance Automotive is now making custom fuel systems for all your horsepower needs.  Designed around the stock factory engineered system, so you can enjoy Original Equipment reliability as well as supporting power levels in excess of 1000rwhp.  Designed for extended street duty to eliminate problems of noise, vapor lock, overheated fuel or pump reliability issues common with external performance pumps.

Fuel Rails

These rails are of heavy duty construction with o-ring sealed fittings to ensure good looks & a leak-proof seal.

Available to fit the following intake configurations:
LS1
LS2
LS3
LS6
LS7

Stage 1 - Fuel rails only
Require -8 o-ring end fittings to allow stock or custom lines to be adapted.
Black anodized for good looks & durability.
 

 

Stage 2 - Fuel rails with all fittings & line hookup kit.
Consists of stage 1 rails above, plus end fittings, braided line & necessary fittings to build a fuel crossover & connection to factory hard line.

Available in red/blue or black fittings.

 

 
Complete Fuel Systems
Offered in multiple levels to suit your needs
 

Stage 3 - Fuel rails with fittings & complete supply/return line kit.
Includes (Goodridge 200 series synthetic hose with stainless overbraid) -8 supply & -6 return lines, billet filter, choice of boost referenced regulator, black anodized fuel rails & all necessary fittings (red/blue fittings or black).  Our economy line kit.  Prices starting at $1050.

Stage 4 -Fuel rails with fittings & complete supply/return line kit. (pictured above)
Includes (Goodridge 600 series teflon hose with stainless overbraid) -8 supply & -6 return lines, billet filter, choice of boost referenced regulator, black anodized fuel rails & all necessary fittings (red/blue).  A suggested upgrade, rated for extreme durability, long life & no fuel vapor permeation.  Prices starting at $1200.

Stage 5 -Fuel rails with fittings & complete supply/return line kit.
Includes (Goodridge G-line 811 series race hose with stainless overbraid) -8 supply & -6 return lines, billet filter, choice of boost referenced regulator, black anodized fuel rails & all necessary fittings (black/silver).  The highest quality line available (same as professional race teams use) for light weight, durability & maximum performance.  Prices starting at $1600.

 

Custom Dual Fuel Pump Kits

Custom dual in-tank fuel pump assemblies complete with plug-n-play wiring harness
 for the following vehicles:

C4 Vette
Early C5 Vette
                        (to Oct 2002) with rear mounted pump
Late C5 & C6 Vette
                                         (after Oct 2002) with top mounted pump

Capable of supporting 1000+rwhp with the above fuel system components.

Pump kits are shipped complete with plug-n-play wiring harness.  Your fuel sender is modified so the pumps fit directly in your stock fuel tank.

C4 & early C5 requires sender for modification.

Late C5 & C6 require complete the fuel tank for modification.

These are complete kits to allow easy upgrades without the hassle of noisy external pumps or durability problems of using race pumps on the street.
